I’m SO excited to share this DIY project with y’all! We replaced the floor tiles in our guest bathroom and laundry room and it looks BOMB. It’s one of my favorite transformations. View Post

Good morning, friends! We’re over halfway through our week and things are looking bright! Avery has had the sniffles + teething for what feels like months! It’s been exhausting for the two of us. When my babies are sick or teething, they don’t sleep or feed well. The extra congestion bothers her and she hasn’t been very happy about it. And the thing about being a mother is we feel their pain. If they’re miserable, we’re miserable. It’s easy to mirror their emotions and it always takes a toll on me until I realize View Post

Good morning, friends! It’s another drizzly day here in Dallas. Last year, Aaron got mountain bikes for us to go biking at a trail a few minutes from our old house (one of the best trails in Dallas!) but we couldn’t seem to make it out during the spring season because it rained SO much! The dirt trail needs 1-2 days to dry out after a rainstorm and that never seemed to happen. Grateful for the lessening chance of drought, but hot dang, this mama misses being outside!

Well, I’ve got a fun mid-week post to share with y’all! It’s a couple of our FAVORITE restaurants to take our family to just north of Dallas. View Post

Good morning, babes!! I’m so excited to start this series of Sleep Training posts right here on the blog. Leave your BABY SLEEP QUESTIONS on this post or on my Instagram post and you might just find it answered on my next post! If you haven’t read my first blog post chatting all things baby schedule related:  Getting Your Babycakes Sleeping 8 Hours By 8 Weeks then pop on over first! It’s a good one and is such a great place to start reading when you’re in the beginning or in the middle of trying to help your little one sleep. I wrote that post when Avery was 2 months old. I was exhausted. Just so, so tired. View Post
