Last year, I shared My 5 Best Tips for Post Partum Hair Routine. I talked about how often I wash my hair and how I keep it as vibrant and healthy as possible. I also chat through haircuts and how to style a thinning hair line. I’ve never had hair extensions but my hair has definitely become more thin over recent years and I’ve learned a few tricks along the way!
You girls know I love trying out new beauty products that are affordable and legitimately hold up to their claims. We started using Hair Food shampoo & conditioner over a year ago! They have few different collections depending on your hair needs but I really to wanted add a purifying shampoo & conditioner into my hair routine to deep-cleanse my scalp and hair. Especially now that it’s summer and the chemicals in pool water can be extra harsh, now is the best time to add a purifying product into my hair routine. You can read THIS POST where I shared my Summer Hair Care Tips. I already trust Hair Food since their formulas have only natural ingredients and ZERO sulfates, parabens, mineral oils, and dyes. If your hair is color treated, never use sulfates on your hair since they strip off the natural oils. Parabens and mineral oils are known to damage your hair and scalp so don’t ever invest in hair products with those. Sam’s Club and SamsClub.com is selling a dual-pack of 17.9 oz Tea Tree & Lavender Shampoo & Conditioner for a limited time. Pop over to my Instagram stories to see how you can win a dual-pack from me for free!
TIP: I double cleanse with this purifying shampoo and I rinse for a much longer time when washing out the conditioner. If I’m trying new hair products, I always use for at least 3 weeks to allow time for my hair to adjust.
First of all, your hubby is amazing at taking pictures, but I guess it can’t be too hard seeing what an adorable family you all are!
