My Skin Care Favorites

Quite a bit of you watch my Instagram stories and I always get a bunch of questions in response to my skin care favorites. If you know me well, you know I am a big believer in investing time each day into taking care of my skin. As any good daily habit, when you can literally see your skin changing then you’ll create the time to invest in your skin.

Before I share ANYTHING with you on my Instagram stories, I try it long enough to see what the product truly does for me. PURIFYING FACE WASH. It’s considered the “Cult Classic” for good reason. I use this every morning and night with my spin brush to keep my face clean and supple. It’s perfect for removing impurities without stripping or over-drying. Highly recommend! Best for: All skin types.

EXFOLIATING SUGAR SCRUB. I use this sugar scrub every day! This scrub is gentle and not too abrasive since the sugar slowly dissolves on the skin. It smells like a tropical smoothie since it has pineapple and papaya that naturally exfoliates the skin. My face always feels super soft after using this scrub! Best for: Sensitive, oily, and combo skin.

TONER. My lash girl (also an esthetician!) swears by this toner. It was meant for providing supplemental nutrients for wound care since it’s chalked full of amino acids and minerals. It’s perfect for sunburn or wound healing. I spray my face with this after cleansing morning and night. Best for: All skin types.

EYE RENEWAL SERUM. This serum is an anti-aging treatment that I apply before an eye balm every morning and night. It has a cooling metal applicator that I LOVE to use to work the product into the skin to de-puff my dark eye circles. It’s a super hydrating eye serum! Best for: Ideal for those seeking a powerful anti-aging eye treatment to awaken the look of tired eyes.

C E FERULIC SERUM. Holy grail product right here. It’s won a ridiculous amount of skincare awards and is considered “liquid gold”. It absorbs immediately and leaves a healthy glow. This serum has free radical and antioxidant benefits along with improving signs of aging and photo-damage. It’s pricey but worth it. I apply 4 drops to my dry skin after cleansing and toning in the morning. I’ll link a very similar product here that varies only slightly in percentages but is much more affordable! Best for: All Skin Types. Ideal for targeting anti-again.

COOLING & BRIGHTENING EYE BALM. Y’all know this is top on my list! I layer this on top of the eye serum. It’s cooling and fills in the lines around my eye so they feel more refreshed. I love the blue eye balm for under makeup and I love the rose gold eye balm on top of my makeup since it has a more natural highlight color. Be sure to massage the product in along the corners to blend it seamlessly. It’s super easy to use by swiping under and around the eye AND on top of cheekbones!

HYDRATING DAY AND NIGHT CREAM. My favorite cream of all time! I have sensitive, dry skin prone to breakout and most moisturizers have alway made me break out. This one is a unicorn. It is for all skin types and hydrates/balances my skin. At night, I swap this out for the OVERNIGHT REPAIR TREATMENT– I wake up with the most soft, hydrated skin! (I recommend the Aqua Infusion Oil-free Gel Cream if you have especially oil skin!) Best for: Dry, oily, sensitive, combo, and aging skin.

Tinted Sunscreen. I’ve been using this tinted sunscreen for 2 years now and it’s still my favorite! I use the “Natural Tan” color since it gives the perfect glow! This formula is my favorite since it dries matte on my skin (no sticky residue!). This goes a step beyond UVA and UVBB broad spectrum by also having zinc oxide– which protects my skin from free radicals and LED lights. Always go for the tinted sunscreen since it has the zinc oxide AND spf! Best for: All skin types. It contains Bentonite Clay that absorbs excess oil and impurities.

DUAL-PHASE SKIN REVIVING TREATMENT PADS. I consider this my instant facial that I do once a week! My skin feels like a baby’s bum for a solid 24 hours after doing this treatment. It’s that good! The treatment pad is double-sided. 1 side has a serum while the other side gently exfoliates the skin while pushing the serum deeper into the skin. This instantly improves my skin tone and even Aaron loves this one. Best for: Normal, oily, combo, mature, sensitive or dull skin.
